How did we get our start?

We started organizing local beach volleyball tournaments in North Carolina. We needed portable manual scoreboards for our local tournaments and the idea of Boardee Scoreboard was born during those tournaments in 2009.

What problem are we solving?

The players who didn’t have a match at that time had to officiate matches and ref. They were keeping the score either on a paper or even without a paper most of the time. There were discussions over the score all the time and spectators were not able to see the score and they had to ask the score many times during the matches.
