Includes two sleeves that contain a target to provide proper ball contact area for perfect passing. This volleyball net zone tape is a powerful visual aid to challenge and improve jump heights and serve clearance. Designed to collect balls at the net so that volleyball drills can run more efficiently. Practice serving tosses or arm swing technique without ever having to chase a ball!
